Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
