A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. Mr Shashi is very humble and has a great presentation style. His method of teaching is phenomenal he has the skill of of letting his audience engaged in the coursework. Highly recommended.
