Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor. She assisted me every step of the way, answering questions and guiding me on the steps I need to finish the course. Thank you very much!
