The program about the green belt training certification program is excellent. The way it was delivered is cleared and precise. Very understandable and clear. Understood the way the trainer delivered the lecture in training. The support training is awesome, very supportive, and easily contacted immediately. Assisting me in taking the training for any queries I arise.

I've learned a lot in this course since the trainer provides easy to understand samples. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.
