It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

The perfect program contains a lot of knowledge that will reflect on my skills and career path as I am working in the facility management field which requires these kinds of techniques for problem-solving and quality improvement. Perfect, high cooperative, special thanks to Hema.

The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations.
