I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.
