Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

Trainer were very great and Knowledgeable. Surbhi was a great assistance to me. she worked with me , eventhough she know I am having difficulty in Financing my study in IMC , but she work with me. Assist me farther beyond. To the Service Team, they understand my struggles but they see my tenacity to get that education I needed for my work.

The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Mr. Shashi is very flexible; he always makes sure that I understand each and every topic perfectly and practically, so with no doubt, I can utilize what I have learned immediately once back to work! Mr. Viplav is very helpful, very patient and always available to answer my questions. I had different offers from other centres but because of the way he handled it with me, I decided to go with IMC only. The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.

The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.
