A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. A career oriented certification, thanks to Mr. Counsellor for this session making me grow in our pharmaceutical quality career. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Ms. Akther. Thank you so much for providing the best training. It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. All the members of the team Ms. Frixie, Ms. Zainab.. are very swift in response and take extra steps to support. Will definitely recommend IMC to the known and will join for more courses in future.
