The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive. I didn't feel any delay from the very beginning to the end of the program.

Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. Exceptional practical knowledge with the flair to teach & zeal & enthusiasm about his subject was remarkable. Mr. Suryansh was extremely accommodative & helpful. He was always forthcoming to help and assist with all issues even at odd times of the day. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Mr. Shashi Prakash is well-versed in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma. It is a good learning experience with his different method of teaching which makes you understand all concepts in easy manner, which I have never seen in my professional career.

The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.
