The program was well designed and very interactive. The sessions not only included the concepts, but also the live examples and experiences of the practitioner. Overall support throughout the program was very good.

It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Outstanding Job from the team and Mr. Gaurav, it reflects how you always guide your team for the best outcome. The team did an incredible job as they put a lot of effort to make our training exceptional and everything went smoothly even though I wasn't feeling well on the last day of training they tried to make everything to make me feel better so I thank them very much I hope they are always successful on the journey ahead.

A very good & knowledgeable Program was initiated by IMC and Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his valuable knowledge with us. During this six sigma black belt Master class, I have learned a lot about business related problem solving methods with specified analysis statically. I would like to thank Ms. Vanshika Bajaj as counsellor & Michelle as batch coordinator for being supportive and available all time for solving my queries. IMC is a well-designed platform for Six sigma. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj is an active counsellor associated with IMC institute, She is very supportive & available all the time to solve my queries. The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.
