The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. Highly Recommended. Mr. Fasih the counsellor was really amazing throughout the process he really helped in each stage of the process and helped where ever I had difficulty. He is really a must. Kudos to the IMC team for such an amazing course, this really helped me not only to learn more about Quality but also to improve my Mind Quality as well by changing the way I viewed subjects and objects and how I can increase the quality and or performance in those.

The trainer Mr. Rohit has been excellent in delivering the topics and making us understand the concepts very well. He ensured that all the candidates attending the sessions understood the concepts and the implementation of techniques. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent.
