Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.

The Yellow Belt Certification Program is an excellent program run by IMC. The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
