My trainer Mr. Shashi is very good in teaching, he knows very well how the complex things can be easily teach, Ms. Surbhi describes the course and the facilities very well. She is very helpful and her response to any query is very prompt. The service Team was great. Overall it is a good learning place.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved. I have never seen such responsive and hardworking team. IMC has great multi-talented and cross-cultural team, building IMC to get stronger day by day.
