The program is excellent for those executives with technical background who want to keep updated with the high level decision making tools to propel the basis. The program supports executives who practice lean philosophy in management and continuous improvement strategies. Rose, my counsellor was accommodating. The service team was quick to respond to my inquiry. I was satisfied and looking for more trainings with team facilitating.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.
