The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

Shahi sir was good at covering even the finest of details with precise examples. I felt very confident and comfortable in the exam as with the knowledge gained I was able to crack it with confidence. To Zeba, good follow up provided and timely information shared. Thanks a lot.

It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.
