The trainer had good observation and focus on the point and course material. and I enjoyed the skill of the trainer, I recommend everyone to take the course. Mr GAURAV BARDWAJ has the full potential to make sure you will get the knowledge from the course. The Service Team is good with great teamwork and facilitated most of the students needs.

The program was a Very Good one. I really enjoyed the knowledge I had. It's for sure an added value after my years of experience and qualifications. It makes a difference. The program was smooth considering I took the self-paced. Mr. Shashi has always been informative and well verse with his craft. Ms. Rose is one message away. Always helpful with the inquiries.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject.
