This was a very immersive and interesting course -- a lot of self-learning to be done on your own to really understand and put together into practice the technology into your own course and workflow. The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees.
