Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. My counselor Rose de Luna, she was very much accommodating when ever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.
