The program content was very precise and informative. Mr. Pankaj made sure to give examples from various industries making the concept clear. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. They are also kind in replying whenever there were queries about the recordings and references.

I would wholeheartedly thank Ms Vaibhavi for giving her full support during the process of the course she was very prompt and very quick to act when needed. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!

Mr. Shashi Prakash explains the LSSBB in easy way and I learn a lot. I hope to take Master black belt with him in future. Sofia and Michelle helped me a lot. they answered my emails and calls and do best to understand my problem. Part of my success because of them.

My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

Very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all! Thank you IMC. The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset it I haven’t been able to put things into practice. All the other staff I have encountered have been kind, discreet and sensitive. I found the appointments lady very helpful and reassuring when I first made contact. The staff are lovely and compassionate and the service is wonderful. I am so happy that I found out about it, I feel it has really changed me.
