The LSSBB program is adequately designed for professionals. Mr. Shashi Prakash has outstanding skills in LSS delivery. He has eased the complex calculations in simple steps which eases understanding at all levels. The response to inquiries was excellent. It will surely enhance my skills to excel in my career. Counsellor Aliya remained completely in touch throughout the whole process and is supportive. The service Team provided the Zoom links timely and ensured foolproof connectivity during the lectures.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification.
