Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in a clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. Exceptional practical knowledge with the flair to teach & zeal & enthusiasm for his subject was remarkable. Mr. Suryansh was extremely accommodative & helpful.
