Being enrolled in this program was an overall great experience. Trainer displayed admirable knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, and conducted structured and effective trainings. Materials and topic references were also shared with the class, which helped me prep for the exam with ease. IMC's counselor is very responsive to my queries, and gave me email instructions promptly.

Video recordings materials provided really helped put conflict resolution and good communication skills into perspective for me. Surbhi Tiwari is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with client.Really appreciated how she encourage me to do exam and enroll the course.

It is very good program to gain more knowledge in lean six sigma. Mr. Shashi Prakash really he is a greatest facilitator ever I come across in my life.He is such an amazing person with inter personal skills. Ms. Michelle & Sofia are also very cooperative and polite with us and helped lot.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
