The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy. Assurance to ask any doubts after training classes. Very micro briefing about the examination. Very relevant. I hope this will help me to improve my personal development.

I will suggest some of my friends also Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is really good and I main thing is that I have very hectic office time but this guy makes regular follow up with me and enrolled me. The program content was very precise and informative. Mr. Pankaj made sure to give examples from various industries making the concept clear. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. They are also kind in replying whenever there were queries about the recordings and references.
