Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.

Thank so much for your valuable training. I'm in the manufacturing field but I don't believe so much can be improved even from the small actions. The training contains comprehensive information and learnings partnered with various references for the application and usage of Six Sigma in different case studies. In-depth study and analysis of the Green Belt coverage of Six Sigma. Rose is very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns and she has been consistently prompt in her responses while maintaining a very friendly interaction.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization. Definitely felt like a VIP customer.
