I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help. Can't thank you enough!

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
