The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.

The training course was so flexible that I can finish the tutorial at my own pace. The modules are comprehensive and easy to understand. The instructor knew what she was teaching and during the lecture, she gave us some real-world problems related to Lean Six Sigma.
