Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.

6 sigma program one course I thanks that all top management and employees should have. After this course I realized what happened in most company businesses and how important is the quality. I took this program on flexible online. It was a good experience. I face some challenges but thanks to the support team they are always there for supporting me. The virtual class was great with good quality voice and video. I'm happy to continue my journey for Black belt.

The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes. The service team has been very helpful in assuring me of the details needed for the course as well as in securing the payment that I made.
