Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.
