The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. Highly Recommended. Mr. Fasih the counsellor was really amazing throughout the process he really helped in each stage of the process and helped where ever I had difficulty. He is really a must. Kudos to the IMC team for such an amazing course, this really helped me not only to learn more about Quality but also to improve my Mind Quality as well by changing the way I viewed subjects and objects and how I can increase the quality and or performance in those.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
