He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
