Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved. I have never seen such responsive and hardworking team. IMC has great multi-talented and cross-cultural team, building IMC to get stronger day by day.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Thanks so much for your very valuable training. I really learned a lot, and appreciated that you made it downloadable. I feel more prepared now to deal with uncomfortable issues. Thank you for your wisdom, experience and professional presentation. Zeba was very easy to talk to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated despite of my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Zeba to anyone looking to work through things in this course, she was kind, thoughtful and always reliable even when I was a bit awkward about finding times that suited my schedule.
