The trainer was an excellent, patient and commendable trainer, good grip on knowledge, the perfect way of describing the content, the best part was the training methodology. Ms. Kritika was really supportive and when it comes to coordination she was best at it.

Lean Six Sigma Certification was an excellent and beneficial program to understand the Lean Six Sigma principles in an effective manner, many thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash for his dedication and for sharing his knowledge and expertise with such amazing methodology and informative course materials. My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.
