It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization. Definitely felt like a VIP customer.

The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Rohit was able to explain the concepts in an understandable manner. The customer support team was very responsive and was able to provide the training materials that I need.
