The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!

The program is well organized and so insightful considering the practical discussions other than the theoretical side of it. It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
