Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in a clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. Exceptional practical knowledge with the flair to teach & zeal & enthusiasm for his subject was remarkable. Mr. Suryansh was extremely accommodative & helpful. He was always forthcoming to help and assist with all issues even at odd times of the day. He was approachable, responsive and polite always. My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.
