I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual. It took a while for me to take an exam because of time and also because I need to understand everything I just continued watching Mr. Shashi's training. Thank you so much, IMC. Great Service.

Program is well organised. The trainer is knowledgeable and effective in giving lectures. It will make you stay awake. Mr. Farhan and Michelle are approachable and polite, easy to deal with.

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
