Mr. Pankaj, delivered the knowledge in the best way possible and made the course interesting. Never felt bored because of his practical and realistic example based study approach. Ms. Zeba, always stood by the side for all the support and felt quite motivated to take the exam because of her positive attitude and response.

A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is an excellent counsellor. She was very supportive and cooperative throughout my journey. The service team was good and impulsive.

The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. As far as the service team is concerned, they have been responding to the concerns in a timely manner.

Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.
