My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! Faizan has been in contract throughout the entire journey, and had been very supportive of all my questions and concerns. He is a delight to work with.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. I would like to thank Akther for the Meaningful training and best practice for Lean Six Sigma. I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. I can now use this knowledge in my current organization to help eliminate the possible errors and improve our process and system where user level can easily understand and identify all the risks via LSS. The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process.
