The IMC service team is exceptional in its operations and service provisions. It is a welcoming centre of excellence, easy to refer colleagues to acquire excellence training.

The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.

The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated.
