Mr. Shashi was a wonderful trainer his way of explanation and shared examples on relevant topics were excellent. Ms. Zeeba she is very cooperative and supportive. Always a call away for any concern.

The trainer had good observation and focus on the point and course material. and I enjoyed the skill of the trainer, I recommend everyone to take the course. Mr GAURAV BARDWAJ has the full potential to make sure you will get the knowledge from the course. The Service Team is good with great teamwork and facilitated most of the students needs.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Overall the training was good and speaker was very motivational, Quick answering and good faculty. Faculty is very energetic and keep the entire team awake throughout the session.
