I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact. Mr. Shashi have done a wonderful job and I appreciate your efforts. You are truly a MASTER indeed. I would like also to thank Ms. Rose for her untiring during the whole process. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.
