The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor. She assisted me every step of the way, answering questions and guiding me on the steps I need to finish the course. Thank you very much!

Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

My Trainer was Mr. Shashi Prakash. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional goes without saying. Along with that during training his passion regarding Lean Six Sigma could be witnessed. Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.

I really want to thank Mr. Shashi sir for all the help. His sessions were really easy to learn. I got all the help and timely resolution. Shashi sir made it very easy for all of us. He is an awesome mentor and a teacher. Timely resolutions and great staff.

I've learned a lot in this course since the trainer provides easy to understand samples. I find this program convenient for me since I am currently employed who's pursuing a six sigma related career Ms. Rose is very responsive and I really appreciated her efforts which make me feel comfortable approaching her Great job! I'm looking forward to more courses or programs with the team.
