Program and Trainer was Excellent. Rose was amazing, she has given me full support during my course. I will highly recommend this course and Rose as a counsellor.

I found Mr. Pankaj, the program trainer to be extremely knowledgeable and engaging. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner was impressive. The training sessions were well-structured and highly informative, which made it easy for me to learn and retain the information. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend training with Mr. Pankaj to others. Ms. Arfa was really helpful during this journey. whenever i had a query or was facing issues she was supportive and helpful. The system outlook was pleasant and easy to use.

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The LSS training I attended was a great course and talk about true to life cases which we can reflect on, it is truly useful. I felt like the discussion was cut short for a wide-ranging topic. Thank you for the learning. Counselor: Very accommodating.
