The program was very interesting and helpful to learn and explore new insights into problem-solving methods through a statistical approach. Ms. Akter Jahan Khan has shared in depth knowledge about the course with interesting daily life examples. Mr. Viplav Sharma has excelled in explaining the importance of the course. Thank him for making me understand to avail the course. Ms. Frixie was very helpful throughout the journey. She has properly scheduled the course, and also assisted when and then required.

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. Ms Soumya is always available and active for all the support. Thanks a ton without the service of the complete team your clients are not able to manage their up-gradation in learning along with work.
