Very informative program, easy to understand the complimentary classes. Also provided with the vedio recording of the previous classes, add value to the program. The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory.
