The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

A ppt or presentation centric to Minitab tool will be highly appreciated. I love and appreciate how instructor uses the excel to discuss his key points and lessons. Minitab exercises are at par and well discussed. The instructor displayed a good visual presentation of the course.

The program and the training experience were awesome. I’m glad that I had a chance to learn the material at my own pace. The trainers were very cooperative and gave individual attention. They took the time to explain topics clearly. It was indeed worth it. Thank you for the help and guidance. Looking forward to use the knowledge in my organization and personal life. Overall experience with the training was good, but I wish the content was more detailed for naive students like me. The support was very good. Highly appreciated.
