The online session was short but still very informative. The training materials sent after the session is well organized and easy to understand. Responds to queries from participants quickly.

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. 8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. But thanks to IMC I have fulfilled my long-held dream. Ayisha Hazim fulfilled my long-held dream by giving a good promo. She's very accommodating and always reminding me to prepare for assessment

The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.
