My Trainer was Mr. Shashi Prakash. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional goes without saying. Along with that during training his passion regarding Lean Six Sigma could be witnessed. The sheer energy he puts in explaining a concept to ensure the foundation of learners is strong is commendable. Zeba Tabassum It was a valuable experience. Zeba has been of great help and counsellor from day one. From assisting on any query at any time of the day to resolving an issue faced, she has been extremely efficient and professional. It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Outstanding Job from the team and Mr. Gaurav, it reflects how you always guide your team for the best outcome. The program covers all the aspects and is very useful in the practicle life, the trainer is very professional and has an excellent skill to transfer the knowdege. Michelle and Zeba are excellent.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
