The program(LSSYB) was awesome, even it was a basic & a first step toward bigger one; still learned so much here. The trainer Rohit Virmani did a great job. The session was of 5 hour, still it slided like a fine butter. "Mr Rohit you are the best". Miss Zeba was my counselor & she helped me a lot in every step. Via whatsapp, call or mails. Even on weekend she was there, when I raised my hand for help. A big Thank you to the Service Team too.

However, I had some difficulty understanding Shashi's accent at times, and he spoke very quickly. I understand that English is not Shashi's first language, and I appreciate his efforts to teach the course in English. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. The program management and training team are very professional. Well professional educational counsellor I recently completed Lean Six Sigma Belts, and I had an excellent experience. The online program was informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and I felt that I was able to take away a great deal of knowledge from the coursework. The resources provided were also very helpful in helping to understand the concepts and apply them in the workplace. Overall, Lean Six Sigma has given me a strong foundation in process improvement, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business processes.
