The course was very detailed, i can easily study the topics on my own phasing. And the instructors are very accommodating and professional . Michelle Oronan is my counsellor. She never see at clock when we want to talk she is always there. Always encourage us to enhance our knowledge. I want to say her thank you for her efforts and support. A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
